Reserved Item for MSME Sector
The Government vide notification no. S.O. 998(E) dated 10.04.2015 has dereserved the remaining 20 items from the erstwhile list of items reserved for exclusive manufacture in SSI (now – Micro and Small Enterprises) sector. Therefore, as on date, there is no item reserved for exclusive manufacture in SSI (Now-MSE) sector.
The Government implements a number of schemes in the arena of finance, infrastructure, technology upgradation and marketing to facilitate the growth of MSME Sector.
This information was given by the Minister of State Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Shri Giriraj Singh in a written reply to a question in Lok Sabha here today.
