following appointments:
1. Shri Anil Swarup, IAS (UP 81), Secretary, Ministry of
Coal as Secretary, Department of School
Education & Literacy, Ministry of Human
Resource Development vice Shri Subash Chandra
Khuntia, on his repatriation to his cadre.
2. Shri Rajiv Yadav, IAS (AM 81), Secretary, Department of
Sports as Secretary, Ministry of
Parliamentary Affairs vice Shri Prabhas
Kumar Jha, IAS (UP 82) on his appointment as
Secretary, Department of Official Languages, Ministry of Home Affairs.
3. Shri Ameising Luikham, IAS (MN 81), Secretary, Department

Enterprises as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Minority Affairs. The officer will take over as Secretary, Ministry of
Minority Affairs on superannuation of the present incumbent Shri Rakesh
Garg, IAS (UP 80).
4. Shri Anoop Kumar Srivastava, IAS (AM 81), Secretary,
Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, as Officer
on Special Duty in the Ministry of Tribal
Affairs. The officer will take over as Secretary,
Ministry of Tribal Affairs on superannuation of the
present incumbent Shri Shyam S. Agarwal, IAS (RJ 80).
5. Shri Raghav Chandra, IAS (MP 82), Chairman, National
Highways Authority of India, Ministry of Road
Transport & Highways as Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled
Tribes vice Shri Anil Kumar Agarwal, IAS (superannuated).
