Shri Sharad Pawar takes charge as Minister of Agriculture
Shri Sharad Pawar assumed office as the Minister of Agriculture here today. He was received in Krishi Bhawan by the Ministers of State Shri Kantilal Bhuria and Shri Akhilesh Singh, Secretary Agriculture Smt. Radha Singh, Secretary Animal Husbandry and Dairying Shri S. Regunathan and Secretary DARE & DG., ICAR Dr. Mangla Rai and other senior officials of the Ministry.
Later, senior officials briefed Shri Pawar about important issues, policies and programmes of the Ministry.
