The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Syed Nasim Ahmad Zaidi, IAS(UP:76), presently Director General (Civil Aviation), Ministry of Civil Aviation as Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation vice Shri M. Madhavan Nambiar, IAS(TN:74) on his superannuation on November 30, 2010.
