Transfer of Additional Judges
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer (1) Miss Justice Bela Madhurya Trivedi, and (2) Shri Justice Pradipkumar Premshanker Bhatt, Additional Judges, Gujarat High Court, to the Rajasthan High Court and Jharkhand High Court respectively and to direct them to assume charge of their respective offices on or before 29th June, 2011.
