Appointment of Judges in The High Court of Gujarat
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed (i) Shri Justice Chandrakant Laljibhai Soni, (ii) Shri Justice Ashish Jitendra Desai, (iii) Shri Justice Nilay Vipinchandra Anjaria, and (iv) Shri Justice Paresh Ravishanker Upadhyay, Additional Judges of the High Court of Gujarat, as Judges of that High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their office.
