Chief Justice of the High Court of Manipur Transferred to the Gauhati High Court
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, has transferred Shri Justice Abhay Manohar Sapre, Chief Justice of the High Court of Manipur, as the Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court and has directed him to assume charge of the office of the Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court on or before 24th October, 2013.
