Shri A.N. Tiwari has been appointed as the Information Commissioner in the Central Information Commission. Shri Tiwari (IAS-AP cadre 1969 batch) took charge of his new assignment on 26^th December 2005. He has served at several important positions both in the State and at Centre, the last posting being as the Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training in the Ministry of Personnel Public Grievances & Pensions.
