All the minimum essential amenities as per norms have been provided at Kamalganj, Gursahaiganj, Kannauj and Bilhaur railway stations. However, the following sanctioned works are being undertaken to upgrade and modernize these stations:

·         Improvement of circulating area

·         Beautification of Kannauj station

·         Provision of foot overbridge, improvement of circulating area, booking hall, waiting hall and provision of Kota stone

·         Provision of Unreserved Ticketing System

·         Raising of main platform with newly extended platform at Kamalganj and Gursahaiganj

·         Improvement in toilets of waiting hall, 1^st class waiting room, retiring room and announcement system at Kannauj

·         Improvement of platform, drain toilets water hydrants, waiting hall and converting present toilet to ‘Pay & Use’ at Gursahaiganj

·         Provision of electric and battery room to install Unreserved Ticketing System

·         Construction of 2^nd high level platform at Kannauj, and

·         Construction of new station building at Kamalganj.
