Indian Defence Forces need more Modernisation says Pallam Raju
The Union Minister of State for Defence Shri MM Pallam Raju has said that Indian Defence Forces need more modernisation to meet more challenges. He said country's Defence Forces require young and talented people, who could help in developing modern war weapons.
Addressing students of Sainik School, here today, the Minister said Information Technology has been playing a major role in every aspect of human life. Our Defence Forces must also be equipped with latest information technologies to have and edge over other, he said.
Branding India, as the land of economic opportunities, Shri Raju said a large number of multinational companies are pouring in to the country, as we have plenty of young and talented people. He said the concept of brain-drain is on the reverse direction, with most of our young and talented people coming back to India.
Shri Raju also announced that a Sainik School will start functioning in Nagaland from 01st April this year and another in Mizoram very soon. Earlier, he laid wreath on the Martyrs Memorial at the school.
