New Chief Justices for Rajasthan and Patna High Courts
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Rajesh Balia, Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, to be the Chief Justice of the Patna High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
The President is also pleased to appoint Shri Justice Narayan Roy, Judge of the Patna High Court, to be the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
