Increase in fees in IIMs and IITs
RAJYA SABHA
The Board of Governors of six Indian Institutes of Management
(IIMs) located at Ahmedabad,
Bangalore, Kolkata, Lucknow,
Indore and Kozhikode have decided to raise the fees for their Post Graduate
Programme (PGP) in Management from the next academic
session 2008-10. Further, the Standing
Committee of IIT Council (SCIC) has recommended to increase
the tuition fee to Rs. 50,000/- per year for B.Tech
and M.Tech courses.
The amount of fee paid by each student in each IIM for
academic session 2008-10 are as per details below:

The Institutes
